Cross draw Clipper sheath.............

I was asked to make one of these as a commission.....

The spec' was for it to be right hand draw so left hand carry and old looking.

so here's my offering...........

The last photo shows it's colour off a bit better.

What do you think?

That's a great piece of work there. Not having any experience in leather work or sheaths, how is the knife held in? Is it just down to how tight the leather is stitched together? I am tempted to have a go myself, but when that all goes wrong how much would it be for a left handed version?
