Crayons

I found this out from my wife who was surfing the web ,and never heard of this before,
If you burn a crayon depending on what colour you choose for brightness will give you 30 mins emergency light .
I have not tried this but intend too,has anybody else heard of this handy little tip???

I've heard of it, but never tried. I imagine they'd only work if they're proper wax ones.
I reckon I know a few people who eat crayons too, but that's at anytime and not in an emergency.

Maybe worth sticking a few in ya kit to try out I'm going too

And since are lot are made from Soy, some are edible too. So you can eat them by soy-candle light and draw a purty picture too. LINK

You can also make a light using a normal graphite pencil and a battery...
