Birthday ideas

I have my 30th birthday coming up I have most of my kit to be honest nice axe, knife, sleep system, etc. I am stuck for ideas. I may ask for some fajllraven kit.
My mum said she wants to spend £250 on me I was blown away by this generous offer. I really fancy a canoe so that may be an option but I am torn between an inflatable and a proper set up although transport is an issue as I change my car every three months or so.
I am open to ideas as I am some what stuck. Nice situation to be in mind you.

Maps or electronic versions of same. You can never have enough navigation aids.

Or book on a course, be it buchcraft or a skill course like woodcarving or whatever.

Spend it one something you would not usually spend on your self.

How about petrol/deisel/trainfair to somewhere you've always wanted to go and won't get to if you don't do it now? Anywhere in the UK with that budget, there must be somewhere!
