You should go back to the doctor. That doesn't sound like if you cured.Hi i have had the antibiitics as well cant say ive noticed any difference .not had any further treatment . Muscles and joints are painfull and stiff , getting lots of ocular migraines and horrendous tinnitus .
Why would did they give you antibiotics, if your bloodtest is negative? That sounds a bit odd. Did you get doxycycline? The gp here are rubbish they keep saying i dont have it because i had a blood test that was negative
Dont listen to them.. theyre idiots, they keep trying to tell me I have Diabetes 2. even though my Hba1c is 38!! I dont know anything about Lymes Disease apart from the fact I dont want it, but dont let them push you around. Its Your Health NOT theirs. Two expressions I use frequently with them - I WANT and NO. Good Luck to you.The gp here are rubbish they keep saying i dont have it because i had a blood test that was negative
That is how the correct way of how it should be treated. I was in the hospital again this week after years of having Lyme and still not healthy.I discovered a tick in a "difficult to access personal area"
I had to go to the hospital to have it removed...very embarrassing!
I came away with a prescription for antibiotics and no tick.
I had had this little hitch hiker for a day or so, and not noticed, it was fully engorged by the time it was noticed.
I must say, it was amazing treatment. No waiting for a bullseye rash before they decided to treat me.
I'm very thankful.

I know a lot of those symptoms. I had a very bad left foot too, it had a rush, was very thick and i couldn't walk long. I now am seeing a doctor that is specialized in Lyme, waiting for results of blood and urine tests. Last december i got diagnosed with lyme and got a prescription for 4 weeks of Doxycycline. But still not recovered.Hi Tony, i have good days and bad days and by good i mean i can get up and do something not much . i have loads of symptoms .
