Just seen this on the local news website, I'm sure the image is from a legit source as they have quoted but I don't think its fair that they are using a "bushcraft" knife in a news article about knife crime.
The makers mark on the knife is very clear just wondering if anyone recognizes it?

A quick google image search shows the same picture was used on a book a couple of years ago. It may be a stock photo but unlikely to be a pic of a confiscated knife.


Edit to add, the photo shown has the word Canva which is a graphic design tool and provides images for people to use. So, the image would be provided by them.

Also lots more of the usual silence about legal carry and lawful reason to carry a bladed article.
Seems like it’s a PR thing the Home Office & police forces trot out every now & then to make it look like they have a plan to stop knife crime.
