A damascus forest style Axe

To any makers, I'm after a damascus axe similar shape to the GB SFA but a bit bigger. Ive seen some real beauties over the years on BCUK and BB, and finally convinced myself that a me Christmas present is in order.

Similar, but not quite Im looking for more concave between the lip and lower heel of the bit (the one in your link has an almost 45deg angle)

I think this is one where you may need to hunt a maker out rather than hoping they'll come to you.

Talk to Goran or Mic' direct would be my advice. Custom axe makers are rare as hens teeth (good ones). Those working in Damscus are rarer still. Those are the ony two I know making a living at it.

Not sure they will be on BB - Goran doesn't speak much English (but his website is above). Mic is Cegga (on this site).
