Not long to go now. Checked the stream and it's pretty much non existant at the moment, so I have several large water containers lined up to supply the weekend.
A lot of the dead fall that is there is damp, but there should be enough dead standing to get a good heart in the fire and dry out the next load. Toilet arrangements will be either chemical toilet (with biodegradable chemical) or a long drop (dug in a suitable location). Looking at the site more closely, I would say there is a couple good spots for small tents if needed, but loads of places for hanging. If anyone needs further help with finding the place feel free to message me. Hope to see you there.

Just spoken to the landowner. All good to arrive any time from 6pm Friday onward. Got the kazi, biodegradable chemical and quick dissolving paper (doesn't matter if it goes in the bucket then), a 25L plastic jerry can plus 2 x 14L water carriers (plus 6 x 5L bottles of water as well ) and pretty much everything else sorted. Just bring some grub of your choice and any beverages you like. Forecast for the weekend isn't too great, but I'm sure we can still have a giggle.

Well, just got back from the meet and would like to thank (in order of appearance ) Karl, Clive and Tim, for making it an enjoyable little stay. All in all a nice relaxing meet and a good chatter with some new faces, in a cozy new site.
