What am I looking here?
I agree , it's weird looking.

It's a deadlift jack.

Although I don't mind lifting a barbell , loading and unloading the plates ( when on the ground ) is a massive PITA , so you use this to attach at an angle to the barbell then use the leverage to pivot it off the ground for loading , unloading.

That or it's some sprinters prosthetic leg.

Yes I have a copy already but over time the pages became stuck together.

I'm kinda surprised I've found this one as inexpensive as this to be honest as I thought they were commanding a far higher price.

I'm keen to see Paul Kirtleys latest book Core Bushcraft as I get an idea it will be in the same high quality content.
Probably but much the same content

What mods will you do?
Apologies for the slow reply, well so far i plan on full length side Zips to assist in venting and donning said garment. I’ve been mulling over using some fabric paint, a dark brown perhaps or maybe a dark green to paint the inside of the hood as the smock is reversible to Winter White camouflage. Then again i may just leave that as it could be useful for Winter time Wildlife observations. :emoji_thinking:

As it's not possible to machine-dye the whole thing without also dyeing the brown side, your only option is to use a dye like Jacquards fabric paint, applied by brush. I tried it to make the old WW2 british brushstroke camo, and it was very very tricky, so I gave up on that. However, one thing that you could easily do with those paints is to make something like a pine-needle blotch kind of camo, using dark green on the white side. I bet it would look great.
