Had to get a new microwave today after my old one decided to die in an outburst of thick smoke

I can't complain as it gave me 20 years of good service

Somewhere there is an old uk film of a squirrel doing a similar obstacle course, to the soundtrack of the original TV Mission Impossible. I have seen a squirrel deliberately seeing and dodging an airgun pellet fired at it.
As I remember it, these were adverts on TV but I forget what the product was...

Google helped me out... Carling black label.

Don't buy souvenirs in general but I can justify a hat in the mind bending heat of Queensland. A rather natty Australian version of Multicam called AMCU.

Had to buy it as it was available as an XL for my massive heid.

Army surplus goretex extreme cold outer mittens.

These are really handy whenever I need to do a damp and dirty job without getting my hands messy. They are particularly useful during in the winter when I'm wearing normal non-waterproof gloves or have a plaster on my finger which I want to keep clean and dry. They are also perfect for pulling up ragwort and keeping the poison away from my hands and sleeves. I have two pairs of there now, one for ragworting and one for everything else.

Not today but on Saturday to be precise, I bought a Swiss army greatcoat, I mean anything the Swiss produce is quality, they were there next to Bulgarian greatcoats, I would only buy the Bulgarian coat if I wanted to disguise myself as a goat.
