I wanted to lurk first... and I did, for about half an hour but then I got impatient. Anyway, I've become a fast convert to the sorts of things mentioned on here, particularly being an "opportunity farmer", that is, foraging. In September I'll be moving with my girlfriend to within half an hour of Shoeburyness/Southend for university, which for me is very good because I am a lifelong addict to seafood of almost all kinds. This is going to be my main field of interest, though living in rural Essex will hopefully give me a chance to apply what I learn on here and anticipate to pass on any discoveries I make back into this system!
