I see you're in Cambridge, you might try popping over to the World of Bushcraft store at Bedford and see if they can offer any advice on starting as an instructor or assistant instructor.

Guys sorry for the late response. Just want to ssy thank you for all the replies and looking at the woodland ways website they run an apprentice programme if selected so that may be the direction to look at. Once again many thanks to the replies.

unless you are working for woodlore or another highly esteemed company, pay for teaching bushcraft isnt all that much. you may take up to a grand over a weekend course, but then you need to factor how long it took to organize the course, prepare for it and purchase other items for the course. so split the final takings between the admin of the company, the instructors, the kit and other expenses i.e fuel and food your not looking at alot if you consider the time it takes to prepare, organize and run the course.
