I have about ten of different vintages, materials and sizes. I really shouldn’t be wanting any more but:
I’d like to get my hands on an Opinel #12B. It has an extra long (16cm) blade and would be great for food prep but it only comes with a typically Opinel priced picnic set. It’s not the serrated one. I’ve only seen it once in their news letter.
