Wood & Knife Supplies.....

I had a friend ask me to make them a knife for his Mrs, so I ordered some items form Wood & Knife Supplies, well to cut a long story short a bit of a mix up happened, which resulted in me not getting some of the items i had ordered...

when this happend i was contacted promptly by email, i did not see this for 2 or 3 days, i replied exsplaining i was dissapointed. today i had a call from the owner, i was out so my wife took his a message of which was "some man phone about some metal or something and its pretty"...

i phoned back when i got home and all was resolved, the owner was so so helpful and has given me some extra parts for free, as a token of good will...

well all i can say is thank you Wood & Knife Supplies, very very happy with the service, just thought i wouls share with all how good they are...

i am in no way part of this shop/chane etc etc etc.

just very happy with the service, which now a days is somtimes lacking at other places....
