Who’s Going to the First Summer Moot at Rough Close?

I picked up my hire car today, I’m getting my stuff out of my storage locker tomorrow, and getting non perishable food. Stopping off at my parents place on Sunday, then it’s a four hour drive to the site. We should be there just after lunch time.

Tony organises a band for the Monday evening and people gather to watch and socialize whilst they have their evening meal

7 years since I was last properly active on here and good to see a few familiar faces about! Having never made it to Bridgend for moots past, its now local to me so excited to come down even if its only for the weekend (grumble grumble work grumble)

The site's working nicely, the archery range is up, Bring & Buy is established, we relocated the reception to better suit the dynamics of the site and we're looking forward to the core days and workshops!

The weather has been much better than we were expecting which is great.
Catherine is running art classes all week and we're doing the odd crafty thing during the days. Most people are relaxing, socialising, reading, crafting, wandering, and enjoying the great weather we've got today!
