What kind of Medicines do you think i should put in my FAK?

Pain relief Paracetemol or similar
Any meds you take anyway
Imodium or something similar possibly You will know about that!
Antacid like Rennies
Its first aid so unlikely to need anything much more than that

i usually carry some good n strong pain relif,codiene or the like.

I carry brufen, paracetamol, immodium, rennie. always wise to have brufen as an anti inflammatory (twisted joints etc)

Salbutamol, lanzaprozol and antihistamine. Along with paracetamol.

Aye - but industrial strength. I suffer from permanent reflux which in turn gives me asthma. (Stomach acid leaks into the airway).
