Did make me chuckle when he said "minimal tools & equipment" as he sits there surrounded by multiple guns, axes and knives.
Interesting points, and i sort of get it, not sure i agree with the bushcraft on youtube statement but i guess it depends who you watch, like, or follow and where you are in the world. I think most probably because of the amount of vast open accessible spaces in the US, its very easy to produce 'Bushcrafter' type content and you'll make a few quid to boot. I've watched plenty of gun related videos and most have been very average at best, except for the late, great, Paul Harrell of course
Mr Harrell did some bushcraft/survival content occasionally. I think his brother has taken over the channel.
True, never want to batten with my knives, just in case. Also the comments on knives for a certain purpose, an axe foe a certain purpose etc.
I was just researching on YouTube and found that channel. I tend to dip in and out of many and thought others might enjoy
Amen to that Paul was enough of a difference to make a difference
