Utility knife in Micarta

This is one I've just finished.

It's 4mm 01 and flat ground. Blade length is approx. 3 1/2''.

The scales are Micarta finished to 240 grit for a nice grippy feel. Were originally buffed but didn't like the feel or the look. There's also black fibre liners and the fittings are 6mm aluminum tube.

A very nice one. I realy like to finish micarta and G10 200 grit or even 120 grit. I think it realy improve the grip.

Thanks a lot for that. Nice to hear they're still in use !

This one's a bit smaller and lighter. The handle's quite slim but has a really nice feel. It's made of 4mm stock but the distal taper makes it a good slicer.
