You could use a US forwarding company like http://bongous.com/

You pay and set delivery to the forwarding company who then take delivery and forward it to anywhere in the world (for a fee).

Does it come with the waist belt harness, straps and draw frame? It doesn't mention them but they are quite important if you actually want to use this pulka
