Trouble posting a thread

Hi folks, when i am trying to post a thread with pics in it i am getting a new window with ,403 forbidden, You don't have permission to access /forum/newthread.php on this server. message.

But am logged in and have never had problems in the past, posting threads and pics.

Any help would be great.
