hi got some stuff form dd hammocks a travel hammock, tarp 2 and a netted hammock and it failed on all the stitching they issued a full refund to me with helped i bought them thinking i'd begetting good stuff can you remove all my items from here i'll try and find a different hammock and tarp i'll post up pics if i can only figure out how
i got this email from nick at dd this morning. first of about the above from traxboy
I noticed traxsboy mentioned he'd had problems with his hammock and tarp -unfortunately the latest batch of Travel Hammocks and tarps were not up to the usual standard and we have hence stopped selling the tarp 2's and only currently have Travel hammock 'seconds' for sale until we have new stock. We're offering a full refund to anyone that has had a problem with a recently purchased Travel hammock.
nick also wrote about the tarp issue
Ok, I've seen all the responses so far are in favour of olive green for the tarp (thought this might be the case). I'll keep an eye on the group buy thread in the next day or two and if everyone is feeling the same way (which is probably a good indication of what the majority of non-BCUK customers think too) about the colour I will not go ahead with the Tarps until I have them in Olive Green.
one of you guys asked me to ask nick if you could sit on the netted hammocks. nick said.
Our Netted Hammocks are strong enough for sitting on (we recommend the weight doesn't exceed 100kg) however the webbing we supply them with is quite thin/ light, therefore we recommend you use stronger webbing/ rope if sitting in them.
and finally ddokkum asked how much extra for postage to holland.well it's going to be an extra £5 is that ok
ok guys
