So Is your customer a Butcher ? Because a cleaver was the first bushcraft knife I looked for when I started out . Beautiful Looking set ,Well done

Not sure if he's a butcher, but he does break up carcasses of red and fallow deer and the occasional sheep. I was a butcher for many years, so the design was really what I would be happy working with!
