Surveys/iPad competitions on this site

Is it a virus that has got onto my computer or are other people also getting 'surveys' to take part in/competitions for iPads and the like

Are these a scam or for real - my guess is a scam of some kind.

What do wiser/more knowedgeable heads than mine think?

Yeah, the survey even takes you to another site, where you have to enter another competition for your chance to win an I Pad. It's all carp
PS I don't think it's a scam, just cheap marketing.

i wouldn't click the links their is a risk of getting a virus if its a doggy link.

http://www.malwarebytes.org/ Download and run that it will put you at ease, need any more help removing something iffy let me know.

BCUK should be able to guarantee any popup they allow will be virus free.

I don't get any pop ups to even click on let alone worry if they're infected

The only pop ups I get on bcuk are when I get a pm.
