Let me know if you still want to borrow some arrows. For your bow I would start at 50lb and work up to 65lb, I would think the 55-60lb or 60-65lb would be best.

That's what I was thinking Steve, but when I looked at 3 rivers spine chart it recommended 35-40 as I would be cutting down a 32" shaft to 28", which would increase the spine by 5lb per inch or thereabouts.
I have checked the draw weight on it now and I have a feeling my scales are out, as at 28" the grizzly is coming out at 50lb and 45 at 26" ( my draw), my wolf was 5lb over the stated weight too, but what ever it is doing its a heck of a lot better than the wolf:)

3 rivers chart will be for carbon arrows, as far as I know Ozzy. My arrows I shoot are cut to 28in or just over, I don't like to have to much arrow sticking out at the front when at full draw.

Just been shooting the set of arrows I made for my other bow and they seem to be working just as well if not a bit better :)

No Ozzy stayed close to home as I have an aunt who is near death and didn't want to be out of touch if anything happened. I was able to make a bow and shoot my Howard Hill bow which I forgot how lovely it was, only drawback is it's 70 inches long and doesn't fold.

You will have to bring that Howard Hill bow up to the club, should be alright as long as we don't have a zombie invasion:)
