Ditto. Hmm, what to pack, what food, weather, etc, etc.

All good fun :)

I am the same, think I'll take more or less then I got in one of the opening posts as far as kit goes, but with a few minor changes, ie tomahawk, an extra can to cook/boil water in, not much change tho. will pack this weekend..

As far a cold weather goes at night, think i'll just but an extra blanket in the bed roll... and may think about trying to fold in ends of the tarp to stop draughs.. and candle going all night....

food wise I'll be mostly with what I been eating for the last few monthy meets... beans and meat.. and bancok and some dired friut..

Looking at list, sounds a good load. I'm fairly similar ish in kit and food. Not thought of pipe stuff but that needs sorting.

You taking both tarps still joined? One seems very small especially now weathers turning so was planning both still. Not an ideal size but should work best of my options.

I am taking both attached, think one may be a bit small,

when I wrote it down it looks a lot , but most is food... the biggest bulk will be the bed roll...... :)

I just needed to see what I was taking.......

Bed roll is also my big bulk. The Czech bed roll is not small and with tarp and blanket it gets even bigger. If I then roll other bits in like a jacket, etc its a roll and a half.

I need to make up my bannock mix yet and need to remember to pre soak dry beans for trip down. Oh and find out where I'm going and how long it will take :)
Oh and a detour to find a MOT

All great fun and seeming like a mini adventure. Love it.
