For a second i thought you'd stuffed the trout into the pigeon and the pigeon into the squirrel, like the game version of a turducken

Hey ADz = what happened? Did you spit it out? I'd like to know what you might have had for sauces/condiments to grace such a feast.
The basic meats, yeah, don't burn it. Then what?

This was my first try of game meat apart from a quick taste of rabbit a couple of years ago. I wasn't too keen on the Squirrel but may try again. The Pigeon wasn't too bad, tasted like Squirrel but better texture (Squirrel was a bit weird). Loved the trout as always, going to do a big Salmon next time.

For condiments I just had Salt/Black pepper, no sauces.

Sounds like a proper feast. Nothing better than grazing on wild food in front of a fire in the woods (Or on a beach).
