Single campfire cooking pan

I have an old nesting set of three ali saucepans with lids.

one of those (middle size) would do. the lid is also a frying pan

I think they are called SS Balti dishs. Small one for just me or big one for a couple of us.
I have found lids that fit pefectly at a car boot. They are deep, round and perfect for me

I`m afraid I don`t know. You can buy it in most hunting/sporting goods stores in Norway. But I don`t know any web shops (other than norwegian) that sells them.

I bought a £1.99 Wilko small frying pan and replaced the plastic handle with a wooden one. I've had at least hundred quid's worth of use out of it and it's still going strong- so I'd take that.
