This sale down woody knife come about from a green woodworking workshop run by Roger Chorley in the Bristol area.
On the workshop i showed him my scaled down woody which i wear as a neck knife, on a second greenwood workshop i was asked if i would like to make a woody for him. I had a think about it and sayed how about making one for yourself and i'll help you with a teaching pattern so we can go through the stages togother, from the - toolsteel, marking out, cutting out, putting the egde on , h/t,
etc, and the leather neck sheath which he is working on and when finshed i put up some pic of it.
This one is the teaching patt.
