Anybody know what happened to the series seen first episode and cant seem to find any other on this week or even next week.

That's why I emailed Woodlore, i cant imagine that they've pulled the series but it seems a bit daft to show one and then leave a large gap.

Thanks you...that's the reply I got from Woodlore too ....carp really! I thought it was only the BBC who didn't care about minority interests (ie: Clarissa and the countryman being discontinued.....yes, i'm still bitter) but it seems ITV are the same....

Actually, as pointed out by Mal Grey, who was most directly involved, the bit they did probably only amounts to a couple of minutes air time at best


It's actually quite interesting to see just how little is required to film these things, no doubt the "real work" is done in an editing studio somewhere.

I was trying not to post the link but at least you have warned everyone.
We actually spent 3 or 4 hours paddling and even got chance to try out Ray's cedar/canvas canoe but all that footage will probably get cut down to about 4 minutes. Especially when the programme is only 30 mins.

To broadcast one episode at the beginning of September, then leave a month till the second episode is utterly ridiculous. They should at least repeat the first programme before the second airs as it will effect ratings enormously.
