Well I've just sat down and made one of those.
It was the first time I'd made one, and the instructions were very simple to follow.
Took me about 30mins.
Not sure why you'd want to buy one of those - it really was very simple to do and making things is its own reward.
Still, if someone can't be bothered and would rather spend the money then...well, it's their cash. But if someone's foxed by making something that simple then I can only assume they wear slip-on shoes and someone else dresses them in the morning, because it can't be lack of time or skill requirement that's stopping them.
Ho hum. Each to their own.
