List and a half Chris, nice one, I only see 1 pair of boots mentioned are you going to be in snowboots all the time ? comfy ? And are you really going to need 30 expedition packs, not forgetting we 'only' have 9 days in the sticks, the rest being in town, out of those 9 days you will only have to cook 2 group meals worth of evening meals out of the 9 days so that leaves 30 packs over 7 days on top of what ever you're buying out there, or are the packs doing all 3 meal types, breakie, lunch and evening ?

Yes mate. Thats 3 meals a day total of 30 to last the 9-10 days. I think i will need 5,000 cal a day so will need food on top too. They are the 1,000 cal packs which is why i got them mate. Im like a skinny rase horse dont forget...😂😂😂😂

Looks like a good list.

Only two observations. Splitting wedges are quite heavy to carry, why not make wooden gluts on site?

Second point. cylume chemical lights rely on a chemical reaction that is inhibited by low temperatures. Depends what you are using them for of course.
Fair points Wayland. The cyalumes are a total backup if all else fails. Light enough to chuck in to be fare and not mind about carrying them.

The wedges are part of the group kit im taking along with my bow saw and multifuel stove as back up. Its just what we agreed on as a group but fair point.

And before anyone says why 4 water bottles the red one if for the evenings (in bed hence the red danger colour) 2 insulated bottles a 1 litre nalgene type and a 1.9 litre stainless type to boil in if needed with the thermos for hot drinks when treking.

Clothes wise just 2 sets. 1 will be put in a good dry bag as a complete set as my ice set and not used. The other used and washed and dryed as needed. As long as the wood supply is ok it should be no problem to dry it in the tent at night with plenty of dark hours to do so. If not i will just swop round half way through. My washkit will include biodigradeable all purpose soap. That will be used for washing up pots pans clothes and me...👍👍👍

Another thing i forgot is a washing/washing up colapssable bowl.

Good idea about the pee bottle, also didn't put kitchen sink on the list, it will stilll need tweaking / updating / revising. Also, I need to talk to Pete about snowshoes and packing them. I'll drop him a pm :)
