That weekend is good for me at the mo but better to ask for others to comment rather than just decide. Venue? Better speak nicely to Damascus which is another consideration for the date

I'm hoping to be at the meet but I've only just come out of hospital again. But as long as I'm feeling ok on the day I will come out, I will cater for myself as I'm on a restricted diet. But I'll bring plenty of jerky and anything else if needed.

I've been doing the Basic Bushcraft certification on BushcraftUSA (I wish they would implement it here to get others like me out of their armchairs) and, whoo hoo , I've just got the info that I've finished the basic certification and just need to do the 5 outings
