Neck knife. Advice please

I would like to get a small fixed blade neck knife to use for general camp duties like food prep and lighter duty tasks and I wanted to ask what types other members would advise. I was considering the Falkniven WM1 as an option as I already have an F1 and like the quality of it's construction, as well as the fact that it's stainless finish and handle material stand up well to skinning and gutting and food debris etc, (rust resistant against blood and food acids) but I find that the F1 is too thick for the fineries of general food prep .
What would YOU recommend?

Kershaw makes a great paring knife that is excellent for food prep. I keep one in the kitchen and one in my camper. AUS 6 steel won't rust. Handle is comfy. All you would need is a sheath. It comes in different blade lengths as well. Cheap as chips too and well suited as a bird and trout knife.

If you want to branch out for more utility work though, there are better knives out there. A good custom would be hard to beat. Something in 1/16" stainless or thereabouts. These small guys from Sam Henson work well.

Does it have to be a fixed blade? It's hard to beat an opinel for food prep. One of my favs. They come in stainless too.
