well hopefully I wont need to borrow any, but please do bring yours along just in case. Doesnt matter if they are thin its better than nothing! Im bringing 3 fleece bed liners which should be fairly good.

Firecrest, put the fleece liners inside your sleeping bag if you can, that way you don't squash the loft in your bag which is what keeps you warm.

I have a spare blanket in the car if anyone wants to borrow it, and i may have a spare builders tarp to put to the group shelter thing if i can find it.

We definitely can't come, sorry. I haven't got the pennies, and my daughter has grown out of her warm boots and kit and maybe her sleeping bag. Four shoes sizes and 3 inches in hieght in year!!

Just found out the car needs £1000 of repairs (it's only worth £1500), so I need to spend the weekend sorting out alternative means of transport for the xmas fortnight!

Have a fantastic time - can't believe I'm missing some of that lovely piggie - but will be there for the Outdoor Show Meet.

Jeez another one bites the dust I hope you get a car sorted in time. cash is so scarce at this time of year, I just had a new cambelt and front discs and pads and service and MOT leaving little change from £500 and this morning the road tax and insurance renewal landed on the door mat
