Have you seen the forecast for the weekend ? looks like we might be in for a bit of the white stuff on Saturday, and cold with it overnight (-6) Brrrrrrrrrrr

Yeah mate, and i'm first timing it in a hammock !! I'll throw my tent in the boot just in case me thinks.
It'll be my first time in a hammock too
And me, looks like we'll all be ice-cubs together.
I got a 4x4.5 metre tarp so we'll string em up touching to keep in body heat, lol
Typical it wasn't the meet last weekend as the weather was great.
Nothing will beat the Winter 08 meets' weather though.
Bloody typical..... and British SUMMER time starts as well on the Sunday. We should have realised it was going to be cold this weekend because of that.
Mind you the medicinal Brandy on sat Night might keep some of that out
Or the homemade medicinal Sloe vodka or gin from Spam might help. Also the medicinal Stags Breath. lol I quite like the medicinal whisky though.
Just a bump for anyone who might like a lift to the show on the Friday. There's 4 seats still going spare
Just to say that I'm going to the Outdoor Show on the Friday 27th.
As I've got an Zafira I'm happy to to give a lift for folks on that day. T1tch has already booked one seat so there's a max of 6 seats still going. If you're interested copy and paste your name onto the list

Swmbo wants to see/spend some time with me on the Friday morning, so I'll be travelling in with her - she's going to the ??education?? show - bit of a trek from the 'wrong' car park across to the correct hall; Mais, c'est la vie

Use a decent rating sleeping bag (or bring an extra blanket to go under, round and over you) and a kip mat* of some sort and you'll be fine .

Other halfs do want the oddest things from us menfolk.... mine's glad to see me dissapear for a long weekend so she can have a nice relaxing and peaceful weekend she tells me
As for a lift back... no problem at all. We'll have to make sure we swap mobile numbers so we can hook up at departure time
