Or take-down axe if you like. I picked this one up recently through a sales post on Facebook. It's made by Goldenberg, a French company that I learn was taken over by Stanley in 1980-something, and started trading in the 1830s. I've absolutely no idea how old this one is.

I've made a mask for it which I think has come out ok - well, by my standards anyway! Hope you like it!

Yeah that's nice.nice colour too.if I could spin off topic for a sec.these take town axes does any ever carry more than one handle with them different shapes for different tasks etc.maybe something that could turn the head into one them herb cutting knife thingies.
