I have the luxury of having three areas that I 'work' in: the garage/workshop where I do all my metal and woodwork; what we call the 'Studio' where I do my leatherwork and artwork (which I do share with the missus 'cos her sewing machines and craft material store is in there); and the area I call my study where I ..... study! Then, of course, on top of that there's the wood :)

Well, that's at least Three photos you owe us then. :)

I’ve a small flat, no garden so no Mon cave or place to put a shed for a Mon Cave. But it’s mine and i am grateful for it.
I properly understand the need for said Cave though, for a bit of peace and quiet and to not have to incessantly talk.

My cave is my studio flat of which is used for a lot more than simply living - something of which is going to have to stop seeing as I do have a shed I could use if only I cleared it out and fixed the roof and I have the offer of another much bigger shed I can use. Problem with the sheds is there no power to either so it really is hand tools and hurricane lighting

How about a power station and some cheap solar for the roof of the shed? That’s my plan.

Am collecting battery powered tools in a bid to ' get down there ', latest being an 18v 5 inch angle grinder of which most definitely cannot be used in my flat, though I have used dremel sized grinders and a six inch polishing set up 'within boxes' to catch sparks and wheel debris

My plan if I can sort the sheds out for ' hard dirty' crafting is to continue to use my flat for ' soft clean ' crafting.

But living in a small single occupancy household, ' the cave ' is the household, my place is full of my curios.

Bit messy at the moment, usually my desk is clear but I have been catastrophically lazy for the past two weeks.

It feels like if we were to ask people to judge based entirely on our Man Caves, it would be clear which one would be handy in a fight and which one of us would be handy if your broadband wasn’t working.

Is that a recording (music) set up you've got there?
