Man Cave
"The term "man cave" refers to a male retreat or sanctuary in a home, often used for personal activities and hobbies. The first known published use of the phrase dates back to March 1992 in the Toronto Star, where it was humorously described as a basement. The concept gained traction with the publication of "Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus" by John Gray in 1993, which highlighted the need for men to have a personal space. The term combines "man" and "cave," evoking the idea of a secluded, private space. Over the years, the man cave has evolved to include various spaces like garages, basements, and even sheds, reflecting a desire for personal identity and relaxation. "
So - I think most Men may try to reclaim a little territory within their often shared kingdom that is known but unspoken to be their man cave.
The place they can tinker , fondle small machinery , hang out , day dream and mentally put the world to rights whilst keeping a super low profile.

I've just spent some time in mine putting up some new shelves and making it tidier after realising it needed improvement.
So what does your man cave look like??
