Lofoten Islands - Anybody been?

It looks like I've got a place as an assistant leader on a trip to the Lofoten Islands in Norway. The trip will be adventurous training for a group from the Parachute Regiment and will consist mainly of hill walking & scrambling.
I want to make sure the blokes get a good trip so am looking for recommendations on places to visit, walks / scrambles to do / good guidebooks along with any other useful tips and advice on the area.

I met the folks who run the major heritage site there, well worth a visit I reckon
