Hi all New member here
i used to live in the Uk (near Penistone and stocksbridge) , man this site has grown since i fist went on it years ago some very good info on these forums
im now living in the rocky mountain Colorado

thought i would share of of my leather work.

here is a a quiver i made

checking for right length

punching and aligning holes along the side i find it easier to sew the side before doing the bottom

once together you will be able to cut the bottom to fit and punch holes, note it gets a lot of wear on the bottom from the points hitting it so i usually stuff some more leather down afterwards or glue a piece of thicker tooling leather on the inside of the bottom

make the shoulder strap adjustable with a buckle so that you can change the length

finish of the top with antler base and more leather for support

Very nice :)

I have been meaning to make a quiver for a while. At the moment i stick my arrows in my back pocket which is fine till you come to sit down...
 
Glad to have you on the forums, what a wonderful start you've made, your knife and this quiver is really original :)
