Lake District

A couple friends an I are looking to go in the woods for a week and setting up our hammocks and living the dream, we'd have to drive in and we are looking for a lake/stream surrounded by a wooded area that can be reached while being miles away from the car. Had a few nightmares in the past which is why im asking, see if anyone has found for some good spots . Cheers

Cheers Drew,what's this bush moot then? That camp site in Wales looks great, but its a shame there isn't something closer to home, up north in Newcastle at the minute.
