I was out at the weekend with my bushcraft buddy (My 63 year old uncle) and he says he has bought me a present which turns out to be a Helle Eggen.

I'll just have to get out more and start using it.

I have one of these and it's my main user (along with my cheapo, and excellent Mora).

Love it... Good size, comfortable to use with an excellent blade which is easy to maintain.

a very good present indeed It's very good user as it's laminated steel, that prevents it from rusting, easy to maintain! have a good time, and keep it sharp
