I may be there late, my pac boots have sprung a leak in the sole and I've had to seal them up with grey sealant.

They look like the Shoe Bombers boots now, I'll be amazed if I waltz through security.

We just arrived in Lulea and are heading out to Jokkmokk by bus tomorrow. No problems on the flight and all our bags gave arrived so we are off to a good start. -20C here in Lulea.

Well, the party's over for me at least.Most of the group is en route today, leaving Teepee to continue the fun. I'm at Lulea departure waiting for my connection to Stockholm, where I hope to encounter the rest of the group flying into Manchester who opted for the sleeper train.

It's been a thoroughly enjoyable trip, great company, challenging conditions, and a real treat to visit the market and cultural experiences around it. Here's a few pics for starters.
