Thanks for sharing that MrHare. Very interesting read. It also says 50 other fragments (one assumes these aren't as well preserved as this one) have been discovered and are awaiting dating. Great to see this stuff turning up so well preserved. Just needs a lick over on the ironing board and Bob's yer uncle.

That was a great read, and a really interesting article too. Also, as other have said, amazingly similar to a lot of modern stuff out there too. It'll be really interesting to see what other things turn up in the ice in these kinds of places..imagine what manner of things are currently buried there from that kind of time period and older.
