injured, oh pooh...

well i was working down in norfolk this week. i went to pull myself up to look at something and i heard a nasty ripping noise.
then felt a pain in my left arm.

i seem to have badly torn my left bicep.
that's going to put a crimp in my outdoor activities. i've got an appointment with my doctor on monday and am probably being reffered to the fracture clinic.
hope i get a bit more use out of it before the moot

Hope there isn't too much damage. Soft tissue injuries take a long time to heal. Make sure you have plenty of rest before jumping back to normal activity.

fortunatly i can put up a hammock with one hand

bit of an update, went to see the orthopaedic consultant today.
i'm going in for surgery tomorrow (tuesday). one of the tendons in my left bicep is ruptured.
aparently i'm going to be in plaster for 6-8 weeks.
still planning to be at the moot though
