i've decided i need a parang after camping out these last few days.
Advise me please, what to look for and best place to obtain one commercially.

I've been looking for one of those "Survival Goloks" that a company named "Valiant" was importing for a while. They seem to have disappeared. I'm not generally a fan of large blades, but finding one seems like a good excuse for a vacation in Indonesia.
