Home Brewing Kit

Thought I might get in to homebrewing some cider and I know a lot of people get in to this sort of thing then abandon it so hoping people might have some second hand gear floating about cheap. Looking for a syphon, hydrometer, fermenation bucket, pressure barrel/keg, and any sugar (dextrose) and cider mix.

Also, if anybody has any knowledge about this, is there much need for adding c02 to the barrel?
I am not looking for demijohns or wine making gear, but beer making kit is the same as for cider.
Will pay cash or have some things possible for trade.

Good shout with the freecycle and wilkinsons has the cheapest pressure barrel on the net.

So far no luck with freecycle. Still looking if anybody wants to clear out after giving up with this hobby!
