they do different sizes too, and lots of other useful, but hard to find stuff!

Hadn't thought about looking on here but doesn't it take about 6 weeks to arrive. I got some off eBay but turned out to be the keyring sized ones. Need something a bit bigger.

hi there n, nice turning mate they look good, iv been knocking these out on my lathe aswell, ive used pine , ash and gonna try a nice hard wood like purple heart just to see how they go , i hollowed out the spool part that holds the line to about 2 inches and used a jam chuck to cap it off once hollowed ,also made the bottom half of the handle detachable with a small blade attached , very nice , will post pictures if you would like to see them

yeah you could but you wont get much fishing tackle inside it as its only 14mm wide , you really want to keep hooks, weight ,mepps and flies inside your hobo kit,you need a bit of room for this.
