Hi, I'm a brewer from Warrington. I got here after asking for foraging forums on http://www.forum.craftbrewing.org.uk/ I'm a brewer, (ex)caver and general nutjob. I'm here to check that my guess on what a plant is is correct so that I can brew and drink it. Sadly can't bring half the experience I have as a brewer over here (I have no clue on botany even though I'm a chemist by training). I'll try bring my brewing experience of foraged goods across with me. Looking foreward to meeting you all.
