As soon as I saw the photo with the film crew in it I thought it was Ruth.

As above - Ruth Goodman - a wonderful presenter of interesting and engaging living history! She is one of the very few people who make owning a TV worthwhile. She always reminds me of the real farmers wives I know - capable, intelligent, hardworking and humorous - a proper "partner in life" rather than a bit of eye candy who whinges when she chips a nail!

Whoa! Spooky. I didn't even see the camera crew in the shot until you mentioned this. It sort of became the eaves of a low roof/barn to the side as I was concentrating on what the main people in the shot were doing.

Yep Ruth Goodman, I have known her for many years through her Tudor Group work, yesterday was first day of filming for the new Farm program. Well you need to get your priorities right, no bowl, no food.
