Some time back I bought a 1 litre GSI Glacier Dukjug in stainless steel. Then I went for some extra capacity and better ease of stowage by buying two of the 750 ml version. They served me well on trips to Africa.
The other day, I was a bit taken aback to find that the lid had split of one of them. So I searched the web for spare parts. No luck...however they were shown on GSI's own site, but with no facility to buy them. A quick email to GSI asking for the name of a web-supplier and I got a reply offering to send me replacements free of charge. They arrived today...direct from the USA...all three of them. No hassle, just extremely good service. Thanks GSI...
