I posted my bionoculars to the service centre because the right eye piece broke away - it is a plastic piece that the ‘eye relief’ cup fits into. Not sure if I knocked them or anything but I completed the form from the website and sent them off Wednesday by special delivery. Expected to get an email with a repair quote.
Delighted to get an email today to say they have been repaired and are on their way back. No charge, or a postal charge.
